Nina Bajracharya

Nina Bajracharya serves as the vice president of Data Analytics. In her role, Nina spearheads and directs the research and development initiatives within the data department, resulting in the creation of innovative data analytics tools and methodologies. She oversees all the data processing that powers Hart Research’s work and manages a team of data analysts who are responsible for generating toplines, crosstabs, and conducting data analytics.

Having started with the company in 2002 as a member of the IT department, Nina’s role evolved significantly over time. In 2003, she made the transition into the Data Department, where she eventually assumed the role of director and then vice president. Her journey through the organization reflects her dedication and expertise.

Nina earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, and today she resides in upper Montgomery County with her husband and son.
