Rob Hipskind

Rob Hipskind, director of Data Science & Analytics for Hart Research, specializes in developing the creation of sample frames and tracking their performance over time.

Prior to joining Hart Research, Rob spent seven years working on campaigns and issue organizing, most recently as the coordinated campaign director for the Vermont Democratic Party in 2018.

He graduated from Kalamazoo College with a BA in political science and philosophy.
