Laurie Roberge Yang

Laurie Roberge Yang is Hart Research’s chief financial and administration officer.  Since 2021, she has played a key role in the firm’s strategic planning, compliance, human resources, and systems management.  She takes pride in managing the firm’s resources in a manner to attract and retain the best and the brightest, employ best practices in all areas, and create a fun, rewarding workplace environment.

She is a graduate of Simmons College (now Simmons University) and the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where she earned an MBA. She is married to Fred Yang, whom she met during her first stint at Hart Research, producing the “filled-ins” from 1990 to 1993. Together, Fred and Laurie are the very proud parents of three amazing daughters.
