Dulanda Saintcyr

Dulanda Saintcyr is a research associate at Hart Research. In this capacity, she provides support to ongoing projects. Prior to joining Hart Research, Dulanda involved herself in various projects on her undergraduate campus, where she gained expertise in political engagement and Black liberation work.  In February 2023, she represented her alma mater at the Pi Sigma Alpha National Student Research Conference, presenting a study on affirmative action’s impact on the Black student experience in higher education. She also worked with Residential Life & Housing as a diversity ambassador, creating social-justice programming for residential student engagement.

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African American Studies. She lives in the Northern Virginia area, and enjoys solo adventures, reading, and listening to music (especially BTS/K-pop) in her free time.
