Alex Ganchiff

Alex Ganchiff is a research associate at Hart Research. Alex joined the firm in 2025 and focuses on polling and research for union and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining Hart Research, Alex worked as analytics coordinator at the DCCC. In this role, he facilitated department flow and was deeply involved with polling for over a dozen districts. Alex graduated from George Washington University with a BA in Political Science and Economics.

He currently lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys playing ultimate frisbee on the National Mall, as well as rooting for his hometown Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.
