Americans Widely Support the Equality Act

Results of a recently completed national online survey on behalf of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) show that the electorate decisively endorses the federal Equality Act. A resounding seven in 10 voters favor expanding existing laws to protect LGBTQ people from discrimination in key areas of life, including employment, housing, credit, education, and jury service.
