A recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows Donald Trump remaining as the front-runner in the Republican presidential field, with former neurosurgeon and fellow political outsider Ben Carson maintaining a close second place, while on the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton solidifies her lead over Bernie Sanders after a strong debate performance.
