Bobby Norris

Bobby Norris is the manager of field operations at Hart Research. In this role, he maintains field schedules for qualitative research projects and manages outside vendors to ensure that all projects adhere to our specifications and meet our high standards of quality.

Bobby is a tech-savvy, people-oriented workforce strategist with over six years of technical recruitment operations experience. Prior to joining Hart Research, Bobby worked as director of recruiting for a dc-based defense contractor and more recently principal of technical talent acquisition at Capital One.

Bobby graduated from Bowie State University, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and pre-law. His hobbies and personal interests include culinary inspired travel, competitive cycling, and capoeira Angola.  He lives in Washington, DC, with his wife and daughter.
