Devon Fuentes

Devon Fuentes is a senior research associate at Hart Research. In this capacity, she assists in conducting quantitative and qualitative research for various political, advocacy, nonprofit, union, and state and local government clients. She is especially proud of her reoccurring work with DCCC, Priorities USA, EMILYs List, H-CAP, SEIU, among others. She has significant experience in the political space, working on the polling teams for Democratic candidates during the 2022, 2024, and 2026 election cycles.

Prior to joining Hart Research, Devon worked as a research intern for the University of Arkansas Terrorism Research Center (TRC), where she contributed to research projects on bias homicides, hate crimes, and criminal justice reform.  

Devon grew up in Bentonville, Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Political Science. She lives in Washington, D.C., where she enjoys training for marathons, exploring the beauty of DC neighborhoods, and giving back to her community through volunteering.
