Dulanda Saintcyr

Dulanda Saintcyr is a senior research associate at Hart Research. In this capacity, she contributes to projects from start to finish. With her attention to detail, curiosity, and knack for puns, Dulanda strives to strike the right balance of professionalism and joy.

Most of Dulanda’s work is in the political and advocacy sectors. During the 2024 election cycle, she assisted with research that informed the NAACP’s Black voter mobilization initiative. Building on her previous experience in DEI, she worked on a 2-year multi-method project for the Raben Group. Dulanda is also a member of CNBC’s quarterly All-America Economic Survey team.

Dulanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and African American Studies with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University. When she’s not working to create a better country through research, she can be found reading a title from her never-ending to-be-read list, adding to her local bookstore tracker, or attending a music show.
