Edivia Henderson

Edivia Henderson is the senior accounting manager for Hart Research. In this capacity, she is responsible for the monthly accounting close and the financial statements for Hart Research, while ensuring that they comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Before joining Hart Research, Edivia was the director of Accounting, Finance, and Operations at Henderson Group DC, LLC, a real estate agent firm serving the DMV area. She was previously the senior manager of Financial Reporting for American Capital Strategies, Ltd, a publicly traded private equity firm based in Bethesda, MD, and a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Four accounting firms. Edivia graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a master’s in Professional Accounting, and from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She lives in Washington, DC, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
