Kat Ignatova

Kat Ignatova is a senior graphic designer at Hart Research. She previously worked as a marketing designer at CoStar Group and has designed projects for the Economic Innovation Group (EIG), the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and the Coalition for Inclusive Capitalism. Her work on EIG’s Distressed Communities Index was used to help pass legislation for Opportunity Zones, an economic development tool that allows people to invest in distressed areas around the United States.  She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Classical Civilizations. Kat lives in Washington, DC, with her three cats.
