Max Feinleib
Research Associate
Max Feinleib is a research associate at Hart Research. In this role, he conducts quantitative and qualitative research for various campaigns, political advocacy groups, and unions. He has particular experience in data science and statistical analysis, which he uses to enhance Hart Research’s internal processes.
Max graduated from Northwestern University in 2024 with a double major in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Political Science, and a minor in Computer Science. At Northwestern, he completed an honors thesis predicting the effects of filibuster reform on the U.S. Senate. Outside of work, Max develops the free, open-source R package {filibustr}, which provides data utilities for research on the U.S. Congress. Max is originally from Cleveland, and he is a diehard Cleveland sports fan (often to his own detriment).
