Max Morse-deBrier

Max Morse-deBrier is a research associate at Hart Research. Max joined the firm in 2026 and focuses on polling and research for political campaigns, political advocacy groups, corporations, and more.

Max Graduated from American University in 2026 with a degree in Political Science and Justice & Law. Before joining Hart, Max interned for the DSCC during the 2020 election. Max then interned for the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office. Max also worked on the campaign of and interned for Congressman Kevin Mullin. Additionally, Max interned for the DNC.

Max is originally from the Bay Area, California and has three siblings, including a twin.
