Megan Valmidiano

Megan Valmidiano is a data associate for Hart Research. In this role, she evaluates research requirements to create sampling universes for polls that accurately reflect target populations.

Prior to joining the Hart Research team, she worked at AARP on their advocacy technology team, and at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

She received a master’s degree in Applied Political Analytics from the University of Maryland in 2025 after graduating with a BS in Government and Politics. Here, she focused on utilizing quantitative analysis to measure the efficacy of social safety net programs.

When she isn’t working on data, you can find her hiking with her rescue dog, cheering on the Dodgers, or making a crochet creation.
