Natasha Roque-Rosario

Research Associate & Translation Specialist

Natasha Roque-Rosario, MSc, is a Research Associate & Spanish Knowledge Translation Specialist at Hart Research. Fully bilingual, she supports the development, translation, and analysis of quantitative surveys; assists in designing and conducting qualitative interviews in both English and Spanish; and contributes to mixed-methods research across projects in Puerto Rico and the mainland United States. Her work centers inclusive bilingual research and cultural nuance, translating complex findings into actionable insights that support policymakers in making informed, community-responsive decisions.

Since her start at Hart in 2024, Natasha has been a part of several projects examining Latino voter behavior, including research for the DCCC’s Latino constituency program, NBC News and Telemundo, UnidosUS, and Maremoto, as well as campaigns for Puerto Rican local politics and Resident Commissioner.

Natasha received her Florida Gold Seal of Biliteracy, awarded by the Florida Commissioner of Education, in 2017, and was a 2025 Spanish Teaching Fellow at the Global Language Network in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Hart, Natasha’s focus was on development in the nonprofit sector. She graduated from Emory University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and in 2024, received her Master of Science abroad in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Plymouth, where her research focused on developing ecotherapy programs for women with diverse mental and physical health needs. A proud Miami native, Natasha currently lives in Washington, DC.
