Rohin Mishra

Research Associate

Rohin Mishra is a Research Associate at Hart Research. He works on quantitative and qualitative research for advocacy groups, campaigns, and unions. He works in all facets of survey development and analysis, including questionnaire design, programming, field monitoring and analysis.

Before joining Hart, Rohin worked in polling and survey analysis at Lake Research Partners. He received a master’s degree in Applied Political Analytics from the University of Maryland in 2025 after graduating summa cum laude with undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics. At Maryland, he was an opinion editor and columnist at The Diamondback, winning the 2022 regional Mark of Excellence award and recognized as the 2024 runner-up as a columnist. He also interned at the Maryland General Assembly with Delegate J. Sandy Bartlett, eventually writing his senior project on the efficacy of child-access prevention laws on reducing youth suicide rates inspired by efforts in Delegate Bartlett’s office on Jaelynn’s Law. He specializes in criminal justice/prison reform, labor initiatives, and antidiscrimination/inclusion policy.
