Will Bausch

Will Bausch is a research associate at Hart Research. In this role, he conducts quantitative and qualitative research for various campaigns, political advocacy groups, and unions. Will works across all stages of polling projects, including questionnaire development, survey programming, field monitoring, and analysis.

Before joining Hart in 2025, Will worked as an opposition researcher for the DNC during the 2024 campaign cycle. Will also worked as a paralegal in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Azerbaijan upon graduating from Carleton College in 2022.

Will is an avid outdoorsman and whitewater kayaker who can be found paddling the Potomac or elsewhere close by during his free time. Will is also a DC area native who loves to cook, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy the city.
